Описание для модели: Add a legal entity of the team by INN. Requisites are loaded from the state register by INN. Fields in variables override the register data. Requires an admin or owner.

Описание для модели: Find company requisites in the state register by INN or name. Returns candidates with party_ variables ready for a counterparty party block, a registry record or create_organization.
